OVERVIEW
This holiday home is suitable for 6 people is 120 sqm and is located near the beach (about 800m) and about 3.5 km from the village of Conil. Near Fuente del Gallo. Casa Juani is on a very nice overgrown plot of about 500 sqm. The small garden with the sheltered terrace in front of the house is ideal, here you can enjoy romantic evenings with a glass of wine or prepare your meal on the barbecue. The open kitchen to the living – dining area is well equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a closed fireplace which ensures pleasant temperatures in the cold season. You have free access to the Internet (WiFi) + satellite TV. The house has 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and 2 with two single beds) from one bedroom you have sea view. 2 bathroom. 1 of them with bathtub and bidet on the upper floor and 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor. LOCATION

Because of its quieter location away from the high life, this house is ideal for travellers who want a bit of quiet. The town is still not too far away, though we recommend you get around by car. From March to October, only 200m away, at the campsite, there is a restaurant and a small well stocked supermarket, where you can get fresh bread or rolls every morning.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.
