1. First acquaintance

At the very beginning, we prefer and recommend to become familiar with each other. We would like to learn from you, what is important to you when renting out and selling or manage. To provide you with the best service.

2. Economical valuation

Prior to selling your house or apartment, we recommend to determine a realistic price estimation. This should be neither too high or too low, to be able to achieve a good occupancy rate.

3. Let’s get started!

When all underlying conditions are clarified, we promote your real estate on our website and on other sales platforms, either for sale or for rent. For the integration of your property on our website, we charge 90€ per language. If you prefer long term rent, we will find these tenants for your estate. For a fee, we are of course assist and help you with a: if necessary (account opening, residence registration, required Spanish tax number N.I.E. and the notary) etc. matters of inheritance.
If you need artisanal activities for your property, we can provide competent architects, interior designers, construction workers, craftsmen and installers.
