Spacious, free standing home of 200 sqm on 1500 sqm property. The house has in the lower living area 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to 6 people. Another bedroom for 1 person is located on the first floor. Villa Bonita has a maximum capacity of 7 persons. The kitchen has a superior equipment. The spacious living room with fireplace offers a view of the garden. Villa Bonita has a large veranda from which you have a wonderful view of the beautiful planted garden and the 12m pool, which invites you to swim and relax. Otherwise there is a terrace at the backsite of the villa, which is partially roofed. There is a barbecue area. The distance to the beach is only 150 m. House by the sea

Because of its short location to the beach, this house is ideal for travellers who want a bit of quiet. Conil de la Frontera is only 2 km away where you will find various restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. A small supermarket and the very good restaurant EL MARINERO is only at 100m away. We recommend a car.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 habitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 habitants.

Note:
Reservations in the low season (March, April and November) can be made for certain periods. Reservations for the mid-season are made on a weekly basis, changes take place on Saturdays in the months (May and June) and Sundays in (September, October). Reservations for the high season are only possible for two weeks, with the change in July being on a Saturday and on a Sunday in August.

PAYMENTS:
After receiving the booking a deposit of 40% has to be paid within 3 days.
Payment of the 60% balance must be provided on arrival in cash.

Check-in time will be from 5 pm onwards. Check-out is before 10 am.
Owner will take care of maintenance of the pool and the garden during your stay and this service is included in the rental budget.
Final cleaning included
There is a 300€ deposit to be paid in cash at check in time. The deposit will be totally refunded at the end of the booking as soon as the villa and its facilities are not suffered any damage, as usual.
