Prior to selling your house or apartment, we recommend to determine a realistic price estimation. This should be neither too high or too low, to be able to achieve a good occupancy rate.
3. Let’s get started!
When all underlying conditions are clarified, we promote your real estate on our website and on other sales platforms, either for sale or for rent. If you prefer long term rent, we will find these tenants for your estate. For a fee, we are of course assist and help you with a: if necessary (account opening, residence registration, required Spanish tax number N.I.E. and the notary) etc. matters of inheritance.
If you need artisanal activities for your property, we can provide competent architects, interior designers, construction workers, craftsmen and installers.
