This holiday house is 120sqm and suitable for 2-6 people. It has a parlor with satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a fireplace. A nice cultivated garden with private pool comes with it. The full kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Long term rent

In a quiet part of Conil only 1,5km from the town center and 2,5km to the beach. We recommend the use of a car.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

You have to leave a deposit for the house of 150€ on the day of your arrival,
there was no damage in or on the house caused by you, you get back the 150€
