OVERVIEW
House Marisol No.18, 120sqm, a modern and luxury furnished house, extends over two spacious levels. The Selecta Costa Conil complex, in which House Marisol No.18 is located, was completed in May 2020. A modern wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For your convenience, each of the bedrooms is equipped with it’s own air conditioning. The bedroom facing the pool provides a balcony with a stunning sea view. The large living room (60sqm + 2 air conditioners warm/cold) is combined with a stylish dining area besides the half open kitchen, which offers ultimate comfort, these rooms are on the ground floor. In addition to these rooms the ground floor provides another bathroom with a shower. A large window front with patio door in the living room area ensures a light flooded room. Entering the 12sqm terrace from the living room, you can enjoy a relaxing view of the community pool area. The terrace grants direct access to the public areas (pool + garden + playground for children). The pool is equipped with a special lift chair for disabled people. The pool is open from Easter to October 12th. 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access to the facility and the house is via a large electric door, which is operated with remote control. Each house has its own private parking space for your convenience.
THE LOCATION
House Marisol No.18 is located in a luxury house complex (Selecta Costa Conil), in Conil de la Frontera. The facility was built in one of the best residential areas of Conil. On the Avenida De Los Barcos. It is only 300m to Fontanilla beach, which can be reached in a few minutes via a direct pedestrian access. Away from the hustle and bustle, this fascinatinc house is ideal for guests who prefer a little more privacy and exclusivity but still want a town nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants are close to the complex.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

Payment of the balance must be provided in cash on arrival.

You have to leave a deposit for the house of 200€ on the day of your arrival,
there was no damage in or on the house caused by you, you get back the 200€
OTHER:
Small dog only allowed on request. One-time fee of 35€
Deposit 100€
The deposit for the dog serves,
to ensure and prevent, that your dog leaves hairs on beds, sofas and other furnishings.
You have to make sure that there are no animal excrements in the garden so far.
If everything is fine, I will return the 100€.
this house is only rented to families,
no rental to young people,
no parties or bachelorette parties,
no BBQ on the terrace,
Smoking only outside
Bedclothes are inclusiv and free.
Towels are inclusiv and free.
On  your check-in day, the house will be available from 3 p.m.
