OVERVIEW
The resort Francisco is perfect for groups of up to 58 people, who like to travel together but also prefer to have private quarters to withdraw to. In our little resort town you are among yourselves and have the shared outdoor area with bar and pool for the whole group. Holiday resort for groups
This resort with its 11 houses is located on a 3.000sqm private property. The big 60sqm pool is for joint use. 7 houses are 85sqm each (“big houses”), these consist of 3 bedrooms, sleeps:6, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a parlor with a fireplace and an open kitchen. Every house has a patio, a barbecue area and its own garden of about 150sqm.
4 houses are 70sqm each (“small houses”), these consist of 2 bedrooms, sleeps:4, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds. 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 parlor with a fireplace and an open kitchen. Every one of the 11 houses has a washing machine, a 4-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave and a TV. Internet is available via Wi-Fi. This resort is great for groups. It is often rented by racing bike clubs, bowling clubs, hiking and walking clubs and motorcycle clubs. Bigger stag parties with friends also like to book this resort. But we also welcome small families of 2-4 people.
The houses and apartments share the outdoor area with a community pool and a bar.
LOCATION
This resort is located in a quiet area, only 1km from Fuerte de Gallo and about 3,5km from Conil de la Frontera. The beach is only 250m from the resort, and there are supermarkets, very good fish restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and various shopping opportunities in Conil.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.
This resort consists of 11 houses of various sizes. The prices are according to the number of bedrooms.
