Casa Marise is a newly built wooden house and has a living space of approx. 65sqm. It was built on a plot of approximately 1000 sqm, which includes a large terrace with a BBQ area and a private pool.
Inside there is a spacious, modern living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Air conditioning in the living room ensures pleasant temperatures in the summer months. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is outside, offer enough space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. Approx. 500m.

Because of its short location to the beach, this house is ideal for travellers who want a bit of quiet. The town is still not too far away, only 3,5 km to Conil de la Frontera. Near Fuente del Gallo. Though we recommend you get around by car.

Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.
