Only 1km distance to the gorgeous beach “Playa de los Bateles” of Conil de la Frontera and to the historic town center. 300m to the next big supermarket. A small cafe and a butcher shop is just around the corner. Many good restaurants and tapas bars in the neighborhood will delight you with the culinary delicacies of Andalusia. The night life awaits people of all ages with great discos and cocktailbars nearby.

Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants.
