There is a communal pool if you don’t want to go to the beach, this is open all year (except for necessary maintenance). Apartment Miguel is centrally located. In a few minutes you can reach the beach Playa de los Bateles in Conil on foot. This is approximately only 1.2 km away. 2 large supermarkets, ALDI and EL Jamón are about 400m away. The market square and Mercadona can also be reached quickly. It is about 1 km to the center of Conil de la Frontera.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

After receiving the booking a deposit has to be paid within 3 days.
Payment of the balance must be provided in cash on arrival.

You have to leave a deposit for the house of 200€ on the day of your arrival,
there was no damage in or on the house caused by you, you get back the 200€
OTHER:
Small dog only allowed on request. One-time fee of 35€
Deposit 100€
The deposit for the dog serves,
to ensure and prevent, that your dog leaves hairs on beds, sofas and other furnishings.
You have to make sure that there are no animal excrements in the garden so far.
If everything is fine, I will return the 100€.
this apartment is only rented to families,
no rental to young people,
no parties or bachelorette parties,
no barbecue on the balcony.
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
Bedclothes are inclusiv and free.

On your check-in day, the house will be available from 3 p.m.
