Casa Estrella is a 80sqm family holiday house ready to accomodate up to 5 people. The light and airy living room dominates the entrance of the house. This looks over the swimming pool, located in a natural setting ensuring a relaxing and quiet holiday for those who want to forget the stresses of everyday living.There is an outdoor barbecue installed near the porch where one can lounge in the afternoon enjoying the sights of the more than 1000sqm garden. The house is located in a quiet location 4,5km from Conil de la Frontera, from Casa Villa Luna it is only 1,3km to the Cala del Aceite and Cala Camacho beaches, and less than 1 km to the cliffs of Roche’s coast and 1.5km to the fishing port of Conil. Various restaurants and bars are located at the CA – 4202. We recommend a car.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

Reservations in the low season (March, April and November) can be made for certain periods.
Reservations for the mid-season are made on a weekly basis, the change takes place on Sundays.
Reservations for the high season are only possible for two weeks, the change takes place on Sunday.
PAYMENTS:
After receiving the booking a deposit of 40% has to be paid within 3 days.
Payment of 60% balance must be provided on arrival in cash.

The owner is not responsible for any damage or accidents caused to you in the garden,

Check-in time will be from 5 pm onwards. Check-out is before 10 am.
Owner will take care of maintenance of the pool and the garden during your stay and this service is included in the rental budget.
Final cleaning included
There is a 300€ deposit to be paid in cash at check in time. The deposit will be totally refunded at the end of the booking as soon as the villa and its facilities are not suffered any damage, as usual.
