Apartment Felix is ideal for a quiet holiday for 2 people. This small holiday apartment has simple but good facilities.
Thanks to the air conditioning, it is perfectly tempered at any time of the year.
LIVING SPACE
1 bedroom with air conditioning, 1 living room with kitchenette and air conditioning and 1 small bathroom with shower are distributed over approx. 50 sqm of living space.
A small terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning is also part of it.
All windows have mosquito nets. A large building with a total of 3 holiday apartments of different sizes is located on a property of approx. 1500 sqm.

LOCATION
Apartment Felix is located in a quiet area of Conil in the district (Dehesa de la Villa) only about 1 km from the center and 2.5 km from the beach. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance in a few minutes.
We recommend the use of a car.
THE TOWN
Conil de la Frontera is located on the”Costa de la Luz”, the Coast of Light in the province of Cádiz located between the city of Cádiz and Gibraltar. Cádiz counts about 121,000 inhabitants. Agriculture and fishing are among the traditional occupations. Today tourism, language & wind surfing schools are also common. Conil has approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

The Costs for the dog serves,,
to ensure and prevent, that your dog leaves hairs on beds, sofas and other furnishings.
You have to make sure that there are no animal excrements in the garden so far.
