The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with bathtub, bidet and 1 washbasin.
FIRST FLOR
1 bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom en suite with shower is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a ceramic hob. LOCATION

THE TOWN
Chiclana de la Frontera has about 85,000 inhabitants. It is a sun-drenched and constantly growing holiday resort on the Costa de la Luz.
So far it has been able to retain its original character.
Chiclana de la Frontera is now one of the most popular holiday resorts in southern Spain. Chiclana was founded in 1303 by Alfonso Pérez de Guzmán. Experienced a significant economic boom in the 18th century. The locals do not only live from wine growing and fishing. They also live from increasing tourism. The famous Andalusian wine route »Ruta del Vino« also ends here. Wine lovers should definitely visit one of the numerous bodegas.
VINO

Such as. the Sanctuary of Santa Ana, the Convento de Jesús Nazareno and the Museo de Chiclana. Numerous shopping facilities are available. Supermarkets and shops, and last but not least the famous market hall in the city center, the “Mercado de Abastos” are always worth a visit. Lots of bars and cafés line the cityscape.
BEACHES
Great beaches where you can sunbathe extensively. World-renowned golf courses and a wide range of water sports (kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing and diving).
Many vacationers also come to the spa. The Balneario de Fuente Amarga is one of the most important spas in Spain.
You can start the evening in one of the good restaurants.
Local dishes and the world famous sherry are served here. Those who like it can then move on to one of the numerous bars and clubs in the city. You can party here until dawn.
